A rabbit that can responsibly take care of this aspect of its time with you is so much more enjoyable, as poop and pee all over your home is smelly, messing and terribly unsanitary. Rabbits are their own creatures. They are unlike a cat, horse, dog and any other animal. While they are different, does this mean that they can’t be trained like other animals can? While there are most likely no “Rabbit Obedient Training Courses” offered at your local community center like there are doggy training classes, some people argue that they can indeed be trained, just in their own way of course.
For centuries, false information about caring for pet rabbits has caused rabbits like myself to fall victim to abuse. Due to our seemingly simple nature, rabbits have been misunderstood and mistreated by humans who have heard and perpetuated lies when it comes to caring for a rabbit.
